GROUT CLEANING WITH VAPOR TECHNOLOGY

DEEP CLEANING -- VAPOR IS THE MOST EFFECTIVE WAY TO CLEAN AND DISINFECT

Hypo-allergenic, dry vapor steam cleaning is the most environmentally friendly and healthy cleaning option available today. Hot vapor molecules suffuse surface pores and expand to kill bacteria and discourage new bacteria growth. There is simply no better, more intense deep cleaning method to eliminate dirt, mold and bacteria.

SEALING

Even if your tile was sealed when it was installed, grout sealers and epoxies do not provide 100% protection against discoloration, mildew and dirt build up. 

Vapor cleaning is the only cleaning system that can kill the mildew roots on contact.

RE-STAINING

Re-staining is a quick but temporary fix for discoloration. But before re-staining, the grout must be deep-cleaned to remove bacteria and particles. Grout stainers can be found at your local hardware store.

WEEKLY CLEANING
Beware of the damage corrosive cleaners like bleach can do. Old cleaning agents including vinegar, baking soda, hydrogen peroxide, chlorine bleach and oxygen bleach powder can damage surfaces, and still leave embedded dirt, mildew and chemical residues.

GROUT CLEANING DO’S AND DON’TS    

Always clean promptly.       Always use a grout sealer after cleaning Always use protective eyewear and gloves. Always use the right product for the job. Don't use vinegar on colored grout. Don't use acidic cleaners. They will erode grout. Don't use steel bristles. They wear away the grout.
